Water bills are issued monthly in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire. If you were required to pay a deposit, this is included on your first bill. If you have a metered account, the water bill is based on how much water was used during the previous period, as recorded on your water meter. In addition to the usage, a basic service charge is also applied. There may be other items on your bill as well, some of which are applied on a per-day or usage basis. Below are the payment options that we currently offer. Depending on the option you choose, payments may take several days to post to your account. If a payment is made after the due date, please contact us to avoid any collection activity.

Pay Bill (One-time Payments)

Online or by Phone

  • No enrollment required
  • Aquarion account number and the zip code where your bill is mailed needed to make one-time payment
  • Pay with your checking account or credit card
  • Payment will be posted within 2 business days
  • For credit card payments, a single transaction cannot exceed $1,000. Need to pay more? Simply split it into multiple payments.
  • Customers in Massachusetts and non-residential customers in Connecticut and New Hampshire will be charged a $1.95 service fee for one-time payments by our payment processing agent, KUBRA.  Aquarion does not receive any revenue from the fee charged by KUBRA for processing payments.
